If you take a lot of notes, you probably already have a system. Maybe you use Notion or Confluence; maybe you’re bullet journaling; maybe you’re a Zettelkasten fan. You might already use something like Dropbox or OneNote to sync your notes across devices. These are great, but if you’re sharing notes or content with others, they have their limits.
