I have worked with many organizations and have been in the tech space for more than a decade. I have experience working with companies that were basically corporates, scale-ups and startups. I was a quick jumper because when i felt like their is nothing more that i can learn, I started looking for another position. I know the HR would be mad but when you are young and enthusiastic you need to jump more often, explore more often and learn as much as you can.

I am currently working as Head of technology for a world leading startup and providing consultancy to more than 30+ startups in the MENA region. I have decided to share my plan and how I can help boost your startup IT Infrastructure and development productivity.

I believe that many startups are doing it wrong that is why they fail even before launching into the market or if they have already set foot in the market they are unable to stay strong as their platform and tech team is incapable of making their product future proof.

Few factors that I noticed working for these companies were that they focus more on marketing and less on IT Infrastructure and tech space. Most of these companies were having inexperienced CTOs or were solely run by non technical founder but they were able to hire good team however, most startup lack the budget and look for junior developers which is actually the logical way of going forward however, this impacts the foundation of a startup and they fail.

I have sat with many founders and the story seems to be the same for most. Those who were able to overcome this downfall had to go through a very long journey before learning the lesson and investing in a senior technical personal.

I know their are lots of personal and non-technical problems in the startup but most of the startups now a days are tech based and they need to have a very strong foundation otherwise, either they will end up spending a lot in later phases or will eventually disband.

Why you need a strong IT Foundation

Strong IT foundation means a strong tech lead who takes ownership of the decision with experience in system architecture, cloud infrastructure and Agile project management.

The problem is, that most CTOs that I met were young graduates or people with less experience. I believe a CTO is someone who should be the most technically sound person in all aspect of IT to make the right decision for your startup.

Never compromise on your Startups IT Infrastructure otherwise, you will suffer great consequences. Hiring a tech lead? okay but make sure he is good at all aspect which is not that common.

However, With all my experience I have finally done it! I have designed a IT Infrastructure workflow plan that will automate your IT Team, make your foundation super strong and ensure that your startup is ready for future proof!

How do it do that? Well, I have designed something called IT Infrastructure Transformation Plan (IITP) which can be implemented in just 90 days and make your team productivity to new heights.

IT Infrastructure Transformation Plan

An IT workflow and infrastructure transformation plan that set the core foundation of your IT team and product architecture. What my team does is that it will take over your IT team, integrate your team member into our management and then work closely with product owner and design an a System Architecture Plan for you, Then automate your Cloud infrastructure with Terraform, putting our DevOps experience will automate how your code is integrated on your version control, Segregate your environment into Development, staging and Production, Apply Automated Testing frameworks.

This is just the trailer, We are going to automate everything in such a way that your tech team will require no Managers to operate by creating a proper precise backlog along with your IT roadmap which your team can follow and proceed.

I think that you do not need everyone to be super experienced, If you have someone who can provide right direction, your dev team will build exactly what is expected.

Think of building software as building a house, first thing is you need an architect to provide you with architecture then you will need a contractor who will act as a manager for your workers. If he is following proper agile and giving correct directions along with strong validation, the workers will definitely perform.

This is the same for Software, You need a strong contractor or simply put a CTO to give the correct direction to the worker team along with experienced software architect.

We provide you will all the resources, let us think of your IT infrastructure for your startup and setup everything for you. The agile model that we have developed ensure that team will keep on delivering with minimum managerial intervention.

I have experience with microservice architecture along with deploying microservices with Kubernetes and serverless both. This enable your platform performance to be the best and costing at the minimum.

I have setup back offices in Islamabad, Pakistan | Bangalore, India | Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and Kigali, Rwanda. These undeveloped countries provide me access to undiscovered talent that can be provided easily on demand.

In order to help the startup we put up the plan, train the team and assign them your organization for very low cost as compared to developed countries but what we ensure that the standard is maintained with our rigorous IT management plan.

Highly experience Tech lead and Cheap workers and world class Plan to make your startup ready for the future!
